Well as you all know my name is Shavonne or Vonne (whatever that you would like to call me). I am a web designer, but im looking for more web designers to help me with my business.

Requirements:
1. Must know how to be patient!!!
2. Must "complete" all projects or assignments (Well thats only if you want to get paid)!!!
3. Has to know a little something about computers (Atleast know how to work in "Word"!!!).
4. For Graphic Designers........Must know how to use programs such as: Marcromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop and much more.
5. If you don't know how to use those programs, you must take atleast 10-15 tutorials in a weeks period of time.(That way you will learn the basics!!!)
6. Html/XHTML writers(people that know how to write codes)....... will have to know how to work in those programs also (only Macromedia Dreamweaver and Flash(Actionscripts) ).
